Real-time expression
Communication that feels like expression, not effort. Enough bandwidth for fluent speech, and real-time conversations.
We are building a minimally invasive brain-computer interface platform. Our first product translates cortical activity into synthesized speech and digital autonomy.
The Neuro E1 targets conditions such as ALS, stroke, and the aftermath of severe trauma, that can leave a fully aware person unable to move or speak.
Each year, millions of individuals acquire severe motor and speech deficits, yet existing communication aids are often too slow and exhausting to use effectively.
We change that.
Eclipse Neurotech's implant sits safely above the dura mater, the brain's protective
membrane. This means a simpler surgery, no damage to the brain, and an implant that lasts.
An epidural implant, placed above the protective membrane of the brain, records cortical activity safely and continuously.
Epidural brain signals are faint. Our algorithms are the result of over a decade of academic research, and the first to translate epidural signal into synthesized speech.
The output becomes speech that is synthesized, or motor commands that give the user control over their digital devices.
We pioneer industry norms to protect neurodata, and ensure neurotechnology is developed responsibly, openly, and in the interest of the people it is meant to serve.
Brain signals are collected only for the purpose the person agreed to, never sold, and never repurposed for advertising, profiling, or any other unauthorized purposes.
Neural data protection is engineered into the system. We minimise what is collected, secure what is stored, and give users control over their data.
The device exists to give a person back their own actions. It is designed to serve the user's agency, not to shape, nudge, or speak for them.
Our work advances under clinical and ethical review, with scientists, clinicians, users, and ethicists who can question our choices.
Eclipse Neurotech is advancing a bold mission to bring safe, durable neurotechnology from the lab to users. High impact work that sits at the intersection of medicine, neuroscience, and deep technology.
We are looking for partners aligned with the long horizon and high impact of implantable brain computer interfaces. Let's talk about where Eclipse Neurotech is headed.
Clinicians, research centers, and institutions advancing neurotechnology and AAC. We'd value the conversation.
Engineers, neuroscientists, and clinical minds who want their work to matter
